I think it has to be Archimedes. Look at the tags. "Viper" and "Archimedes". Jim likes to leave clues in the tags. I don't think (correct me if I'm wrong) any of Viper have seen Ferial, so why would they think about the Sanghelli. It also speaks in a very intelligent manner that I haven't seen from Viper. But then again, It refers to the human as "Mine" so that ruined all my theories about Archimedes...

I saw on Halopedia that they just signify the bases, but I have a feeling that they might be something really cool. Like some kind of teleporter or even like a super, kill all weapon.
