Ask the little girl. She is the only witness to the murder.
I am so thankful that the girls are alive, I just hope their family gets them the therapy they will need to deal with this trauma. Poor girls, they didn't deserve this at all.
As for him, I'm glad he killed himself. Then none of our money will be spent keeping him in jail, or on death row. Good riddance jerk.
This generation is killing me. I remember my parents giving me a talk that "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me" isn't true. My mom told me that often words can do way more damage than physically hurting someone, words cut deep and they can destroy a person. My parents taught me the golden rule, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Parents need to teach their kids some respect and common courtesy. I realize kids won't be nice 100% of the time, and in life you will always have someone you just don't like or get along with but why are kids between 11-18 years old being able to bully each other until someone decides to kill themselves? It's ridiculous! And the fact that the parents of the bullies won't take responsibility kills me. Yes, sometimes it isn't the parents fault and there are just mean people out there but I'd say most of the time bullies come from bad parenting and parents not being involved in their children's lives. This generation is insane, and something needs to be done about it. So if police, parents and school officials won't help then the only choice this girl has is to sue the bullies and hope it teaches them and others a lesson.
In my opinion it's better that she sues them rather than killing herself.. And it isn't your time or money going into this lawsuit, it's her families. If school officials and police won't help her, and facebook wouldn't remove the page then this was the only option she had left. Kids need to be taught a lesson these days, and if their parents don't raise them right and they are little sh*ts, then she has every right to sue them for making her life miserable, impersonating her, and harassing her.
I agree that we need parents who are more active in their children's lives. But we do need anti-bullying laws, have you seen how many young people have killed themselves the past few years over bullying that schools and police would do nothing about? I'd like you to look the parents of the victims in the face and tell them that their children don't deserve justice, that their children's stories don't deserve to be heard or to help others.
There is a lot of bad parenting out there, and obviously parents need a way more active role in the lives of their kids, they need to try to raise them with manners, morals, and respect for others. But we also need a way to protect victims if those bully's keep harassing others.
Another example of why sex offenders need more than just a slap on the wrist. He was arrested 11 years ago and here he is today, free to rape more children until he got caught. Then they will lock him away for a couple years, let him out and more children will be victims. Sometimes I wonder about our justice system.
Speaking of old-timers, I've noticed only old people use all caps to type... Learn to unlock caps lock please.
praying that they find her safe
I'm guessing it's a picture that the family supplied to the media. Thus making it okay.
Human Rights Group... isn't it a human a human right to not be killed by drunk drivers? Why protect drunks? Honestly; they have no RIGHT putting our lives in danger. Regardless of their "work stress"
