City law? Maybe? An unconstitutional law, yes. The very reason the tea parties are occurring wake up people!

The first amendment says "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. "

It reads the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. It does not say the right of the people to assemble when they have met all of the conditions such as buying insurance. This is just the government interfering with our first amendment right. When will the government get a clue this is the exact reason that tea parties are happening!

We the people will no longer tolerate the trampling and shredding of the constitution and most importantly the Bill of rights. This behavior by our elected officials is only serving to promote the cause and bring us closer and closer to an ultimate end.

These little Napoleons; these horrific dictators must be stopped and stopped NOW before its too late!

yeah that's all we need more governing bodies telling us what to do. Thanks but no thanks....we aren't stupid. We may have different ideas but we are logical people and can come together for the betterment of our country without the interference of a finger wagging board or 'congress'!

We could storm congress and remove them all but we really need to ascend and dismantle the fed!
