I have lived all of my 67 years in this disgusting state and all I can say is: vintage Illinois political theater. As long as the stench of the Chicago political machine permeates this state there will be corruption. Blagos big sin was that he wouldn't toe the C(r)ook county line and this made him a marked man. All of this sanctimonious bull crap coming out of the U.S. Attorney's office notwithstanding, it will still be "business as usual" in the Land of Lincoln.
The "progressives" have been pitching this bull crap to the American people for over a century. Since their playbook is empty, then they might as well go back to their roots. And don't forget to blame Bush for everything, too.
