This seems to be a 'cottage' lot. The driveway connects to the street near the small row of townhomes and goes behind the house to the garage and carport. It also looks like there may be an 'estate' lot behind the 'cottage'lots at the the top of the hill. The Serenbe website has development plans. Construction on the adjacent lots is inevitable, and you see how close the cottages are looking at the satellite view of the existing cottages.

This house would locate me much closer to my family. I think I found the actual site location in Serenbe.
