As I listened to P-BO (President Barack Obama) speaking on his "health care reform", specifically about his ideas concerning the "end of life care" I was SHOCKED, OFFENDED AND HORRIFIED!!!!. If I remember, we still have the RIGHT TO LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS !!! How dare this man assign "counselors" to try to convince the old, infirm and chronically ill that they and society would be BETTER OFF IF THEY WERE DEAD !!!!!!!! JUST GIVE THEM A PAIN PILL INDEED !!!!!!!! My grandmother who lived by herself 2 doors from me, lived to 92 because of emergency surgery to repair an aortic aneurysm. I thank God they repaired it, and didn't "give her a pain pill" She had many happy , productive full years after that, and I for one, am glad she did. She wasn't just my Grandmother, she was my best friend. According to P-BO., it was not apporpriate to do this.
I have a chronic disease--psoriatic arthrirtis. Following P-BO's program, I would not be treated, just given pain pills and let the disease continue to ravage my body. The treatment I take is more expense than I can justify, but I thank God for kind, compassionate and wise doctors who don't let me be destroyed by this aggressive form of rheumatoid arthritis. I for one, would like to continue to do what I can, while I can, and not have to worry about some vapid empty-headed bureaucrat deciding "Well, she"s certainly not worth this expense" and sentencing me to an agonizing painful existance; Ive been cut off from treatment before, and there are NO PAIN PILLS that can make this disease bearable. Of course, that is the last step before sending in the "end of life" counselors. Attack the weak and infirm while they are at a crisis point???? IN THIS COUNTRY????? MY GOD IN HEAVEN FORBID!!
In what way is this different from what went on in Germany 70 years ago??? He has revealed himself and his thoughts; WE MUST RISE UP AND DEFEAT THIS "PROGRAM" NOW!!!!!! WHILE WE STILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIFE!!!!!!

That is outrageous!! That Dave Jr. or any of the other men in that room to be forced to wait 3 1/2 in the condition they're in, only to have their hands shaken by His Exalted Magnificence, the Messiah, P-BO (President Barak Obama), for the sake of a photo op for His benefit.... His Exaltednees said nothing, not even "Sorry I'm late" and left.... that is a despicable way to treat any American veteran, and to have the P-BO treat them in this manner is unforgivable.
I am convinced that the people of this nation have elected an Islamic "manchurian candidate". I hope we can survive to see Him surrender His office to an American President in 2012... yeah, I refer to P-BO VERY sarcastically.... get used to it....

Yesterday. Dave Jr. was ordered to be at the National Naval Hospital with another 12 soldiers and Marines to meet with Obama. Obama was supposed to arrive at 11:30 AM. He finally got there at 3:00 PM. He entered the room with the wounded warriors and quickly shook each of their hands.He never asked their names, where they were from, or how they were injured.Then he left.
Dave Jr. has met the people who really care about the military. All he remembers from Obama is a weak handshake.The others in the room, younger and less exposed to the people that Dave Jr. has met, were so disappointed. Word about Obama's "insensitive" visit has spread to the MATC ( the rehab facility) at Walter Reed and throughout Bethesda. The military sees through his phoniness.
All I can say is that it is such a disappointment that this man is Commander-In-Chief of our Armed Forces. He is an embarrassment to our Nation. Regards,Dave

Since Dave Jr. has been injured he has met and been overwhelmed by many, many political and military "celebs". The list includes Bob Gates, Sec.of Defense, who came into his room and told him 3 or 4 times that if Dave Jr. had any issues to call his cell phone number. It includes Gen. Petraeus who sat and talked with Dave Jr. for almost 45 minutes.The General recalled vividly all of the circumstances around the events that led to the fighting that Dave was involved in. It includes Sen. McCain who arrived late on a Saturday afternoon during a thunderstorm, unannounced, and talked to Dave Jr.about similar their experiences with fate. It includes George Bush when Dave Jr. was invited to attend the very last Christmas party at the White House for the White House Staff. President Bush and his wife entered the ballroom and immediately went to Dave Jr. President Bush knew Dave Jr.'s name as well as when and how he was injured.Dave Jr. had a picture taken with Laura and the President that he has framed and will cherish forever.The list goes on and on of people coming in to meet Dave Jr.and the other wounded warriors at Walter Reed and Bethesda.

I have the capacity to care for those I don't know as well as for myself and my own family. I will protect them and in every way & support those others who do the same because LIFE IS PRECIOUS!!!! Those who hate us more than they love thier own flesh and blood see life as a very cheap commodity, to be used in a manner to achieve their own agenda regardless of who it devastates,as in the case of 9-11 or even to the death and dismemberment of their own children in the case of suicide bombers.

Those who think discomfort is "uncivilised "need to look at the expressions on the faces of those who were actually there, running for their lives, and listen to the screams of those helpless to prevent the jet planes from crashing into those buildings. Until these people join the human race, and those who know only hated and evil to achieve their own hellish agendas, these atrocities will continue; and the decent, civilised, and courageous among us will be forced to continue to defend against them. GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM, and may they achieve total success in whatever manner they find necessary to protect each and every one of us...

On 9-11, I put in an 8 hour tape, and let it run all day, til it filled. When I hear these people comment that no form of torture, or even discomfort should be used on terror suspects, I would like to set them in a room and force them to watch the entire 8 hours of tape. I do not care by what means vital informationis obtained, just GET THE INFORMATION. 3000 American people died that day, their only crime being at work on time, or trying to rescue those who didn't make it out on their own before the collapse of the Towers. Those same smug folk who say we shouldn't "dirty our hands" were not there, nor knew or had relatives in Ground Zero that God-awful day. I wager anyone who was there, and saw the devastation 1st hand, would not agree with them, unless certifiably mentally ill. If I can protect an innocent by torturing those who cause of these kind of horrific events, give me a club, a gun, or some other implement of destruction, and let me at them.

My Irish dander is up again.... I wish I had a mute button that worked on politicians....I see Nancy Pelosi doing a fair impression of a terrified crawdad, backing up as fast as she can, claws in the air, over the issue of "harsh interrogation". She says she was "mislead" and that she had no knowledge of this...It's a crying shame that she feels that she has to disavow knowlege of "torture" I wish she had the guts to stand up and say say "Yeah, I know about it and heartily approve!"

I got email about this fromsome of the same people who wanted to know when our local tea party was taking place. Do these folks just follow what they think is the fad of the moment because they don't have the ability to reason for themselves? Global warming is a hoax!! I turned on ALL my incandescent lights, raised the thermostat to 72, did my laundry with HOT water, and dried it on the cotton (hot) setting, and went out and cruised for an hour to watch these folks make fools out of themselves, lol. I had a ball!!
