If he can rape a woman....frankly that doesn't lessen the opportunity to take a child hostage to keep from being caught!
Who cares, but the ACTUAL incident happened less than 2 blocks from the front doors of LaSalle!! This is something that should have been taken into consideration! On TOP OF tTHAT...an off duty South Bend officer saw him and noticed a knife....really? That's not a big deal when someone who wants to get away grabs your child and holds them captive? Ignorance is bliss...I take pride in my children and don't ever want them in harm's way...and frankly, more should've been done to "make sure"! On top of that...I was at the school JUST SHORTLY AFTER this had taken place and right before the crime tape went up!
Okay! So I hope the woman is safe and all, but explain to me why the school (La Salle Elementary) wasn't put on lock down when this happened! And it happened approximately 5 houses down from the school! When I'm there at the school and then being told by staff to "keep and eye on your surroundings and who is around you and be careful getting to your car", I think there should've been a lock down! This is disgusting and disturbing, I feel for the woman, but there were also CHILDREN nearby as well!
DVORAK IS A JOKE TO OUR LEGAL SYSTEM!!! EVEN HIS WIFE IS TO OUR LEGAL SYSTEM FOR CHILD SUPPORT!! BE RID OF THEM BOTH!!!
If people were smart enough to utilize the thing called water and a hose....then there really wouldn't be an issue. Use some precautions before there is a problem...thinking ahead works wonders!
We dont EXPECT anyone to do "deal" with our children! They have the RIGHT to an EQUAL EDUCATION!!!! And the teachers are trained to handle these children! If they can't work with a child with special needs, then they shouldn't be teaching!!
I too am a mom of 2 boys on the spectrum.....and yes, it's very hard for them to lie about things...and for a child especially with Special Needs to jsut come up with that type of situation out of the blue. I don't think so! And I too agree I had homeschooled my children for a year and then mainstreamed them....and the funny part is, now they are in public schools and are far more advanced that what the "normal" kids are!
Yes, Autism, causes out bursts and times of rage in some....ticks in others....being a mom of 2 boys with Autism, it's people like you that I just can't stand. I discipline my children, but only in a means that they are capable of understanding...and like I've said before....children with these issues don't just MAKE IT UP!! The teachers and staff at that school are below average for having a degree in teaching anything. That school has gone down the toilet over the last 10 years......maybe this is the wake up call they need.....but you'd also be surprised at how many teachers, even Special Education teachers don't have the patience to work with Special Needs children! You'd be extremely surprised!! it's things like this happening in our schools that still encourages me to "drop in " on my kids' teachers!
