I'm as liberal as they come, but when you have Vince on WWE programming walking up to Booker T and using the "n" word, I think you're *definitely* overreacting if one of your own talents do something similar.

I don't even like Hogan, but at most, an apology and a slap on the wrist will suffice. The punishment doesn't fit the crime.

When you call someone a "fag" or a "homo," how much "respect" and "decency" am I supposed to be expecting from that message.

The reason gay people have to be protected "more" is because they are discriminated against more. It may not seem like that, but in the end, all the pride rallies in the world can't bring back a gay kid who committed suicide because they were being insulted for who they are, which happens an alarming amount more often than kids committing suicide over most other reasons.

Until people are forced to be gay (and they're not), things are still far from equal in society for gay people, or even certain races, depending where you live.
