I have been used your advices, iClarified, Redmond Pie, and had make a lot of research through internet.
Then, I realized that it was necessary to use NO_BB_iPhone3,1_5.1.1 to Restore using redsn0w_win_0.9.14b2.
Mainly I say thanks to dhlizard, A08, Frank55 and slavakulikoff.

I requested AT&T online in their website the device unlock.
At first they said I am eligible to have the requested iPhone unlocked. Then I followed the procedure: connect my iPhone to iTunes, and my iPhone was unlocked. My iPhone is unlocked right now.
But in October, 2nd, 2012 I received another email from AT&T telling me that they cannot complete my request because the service commitment for this iPhone has not been completed or no valid. In AT&T website my current status is iPhone Unlock Denied Invalid Mobile or account.
I questioned AT&T and I am waiting their answer.
My question is: If I update my IOS, or restore my iPhone, it will be locked again?

Are there any difference between DFU mode and Recover mode? Better, how do I know if iPhone 4 is in DFU mode?
I ran FixRecovery but it stoped, more or less, “Waiting iphone in DFU mode”
I’m using windows 7.
May be I had not waited enough. How long I need to wait until FixRecovery complete its job?
Right know my iphone are in Recover mode. When I turn it on appear in the screen an iTunes icon and an USB image.
Could you, or someone, help me?
Thanks.

(I had posted this in an old section, What’s in a name? ……..1 month ago, then I’m repeating my question here.)
Is it possible update iPhone 4 ios 4.1 bb 02.10.04 to one of this baseband (modem firmware) 04.26.08, 05.11.07, 05.12.01, 05.13.04 or 06.15.00?
If yes, how?
Thanks!
