Another misleading headline!! "Truck lands on pickup" They're BOTH PICKUPS!!!! When they word it like that, the first thing people are thinking, is that a big rig smashed a pickup! Come on KPTV, a pickup is a pickup, and when you say "truck" it's assumed it's a big rig, and gets everyone all lathered up! Learn to tell the storey the way it is, not use sensational headlines! I drive a "truck" (big rig) and take enough cr*p on a daily basis from people in cars (4 wheelers), and I don't need poor reporting or headlines, to give them any more "ammo" for their hate the big rig attitudes!

I agree "fish", but what you say makes sense, and nothing LE has done from the start, makes sense! Yes, at least one, and he made the news early in this, as he was sentanced to jail up in Tacome? I'm not sure what for or exactly where, but he was in jail at the time Kyron went missing. I don't know how many siblings she has, but lets hope they're not all as whacked as her! Don't steroids mess with your brain after a while? She sure looked like she used them, back when she was a body builder. Roid rage perhaps?
I've read the piece above over and over, but see no mention of a gate- or lack of. Was there another article that said there was no fence or gate around the pool? But I have to agree with many posts, the fence or not, is not the issue- supervision of an 18 month child is ! How can anyone not notice a busy, on the go child like that for 10 minutes (or more?) It's so sad that a baby has died here, and it's the parents negligence that's on the wall here, not the issue of a fence/gate! Pay attention to your babies, or stop having them!
It sounds like she was going way too fast for the conditions! The van rolled several times before coming to a stop! Was she in such a big hurry, and changed lanes careslessly, causing the accident? I'm just glad to hear that no one was injured too seriousley, especially the children! I hope she's cited for reckless or careless driving.
