I would like to make a comment that is a little off of the subject but would be good information. I have recently been researching the kings of England and I ran across something interesting. During the reign of King Richard The Lion Heart the holy crusades were in full swing. On September 11 1163 ( I might be off on the year but certainly not the day; I was so shocked) Richard took Acre in one of the most horrific and bloody battles inwhich he brutally slaughtered all of the islamic prisoners including men women and children. It was sworn in the time of Saladin (Richard's islamic rival) That this act would never be forgotten or forgiven. I have the feeling that it wasn't.
