It is there, but it seems to be stuck to the top of one of the ads which makes it difficult to spot. It's pretty terrible placement, all things considered.

Maybe Scootaloo is a nickname that she will make official when she gets her cutie mark. Maybe it's a coincidence. Maybe they bought her a scooter because of her name, and she loved it.

Something related I just came up with:

Maybe Rainbow really is called Rainbow Crash, and she renamed herself to Dash. In my theory, maybe referring to a pony by their pre-cutie mark name is a big insult, as you're basically just dismissing their special talent as not worth acknowledging.
