PSA: If you have the Chase Freedom card and click through there, Anthropologie is offering 9% cash back :) It negated the shipping for me, so I bit, even though I haven't in a long long time.

About the 20% code Anthro offered after the "oops we goofed..." Does anyone know when the expiration was? Since there was no expiration at the bottom, I thought it'd be good for at least a few months. But I just tried using it and it said it was expired. :(

Odille was the original "brand" of the red/white stripe dress, correct? I remember really loving that dress (this is when I first started getting into Anthro) but the fit was really bad on me and the top was too stiff. From the pictures, it looks like they've done away with the boning inside the dress. Does it look that way to anyone else? And the label is now Maeve. I'm tempted.

Agreed 110%. IMO, Anthro tries to go after the same customer as the Nordstrom shopper (I've noticed their stores area oftentimes closer to or next to Nordstrom stores) and while they have some similar polices, like their "no expiration return", they have a lot to learn. For starters, FREE SHIPPING (free returns would be awesome too, but baby steps here!). Secondly, I think Nordstrom gives their live chat people quite a bit of "power" to be able to handle CS issues. It's amazing how efficient easy their live chat system is. I've never had a single bad experience with them, or their CS phone agents - really a breath of fresh air in the retail world. Perhaps Anthro needs to invest some $ in better training.
