The Institute has the same feel as his older books like Firestarter or Misery so I highly recommend it if you are fan of his writing :)

As long as you can navigate your kindle it is okay :) I couldn't find anything and it was driving me crazy LOL

Yeah, I never pre-ordered as student as well. But for the future, amazon and bookdepository almost always give 10% or 20% off the price if you pre-order which is great!

I prefer paperbacks as well. But sometimes, I am just not patient enough and buy hardcover because I simply cannot wait any longer for paperback release :D

I feel you about Amazon, it takes ages for book to be delivered to my country by amazon as well. What about bookdepository.com? Have you tried it yet? They have better delivery dates in my opinion.
