I will never forget that day. I work within a mile of where this creep was shot. I saw police cars from every agency you could imagine race by for an hour. Helicopters buzzed overhead and I thought to myself they got him, I hope he is dead. Well he is in a wheelchair now and will probably be executed, so I suppose I can't complain.

5. 11, Your post is a reasoned cogent explanation of a story that really is not a story: Ambulance runs toll during an emergency, gets ticket from AUTOMATED SYSTEM, but does not have to pay BECAUSE it is an ambulance responding to an emergency. Yet you get criticized for the obvious common sense you share with others in this forum. What does the nutty right have against intelligence?

Wonder what you would say if that happened to you? Making excuses for police brutality will not solve the problem here. Holding officers accountable who use excessive force is a reasonable solution.
