Experience/expertise depends -- for professional educators, experience working in a preK-12 school is necessary. Ideally 3+ years. But, all subject areas and levels welcome. If I had to choose some top needs: math, especially middle school and high school, those with experience facilitating professional development, and media specialists/technology directors, or people with experience in new media and digital literacies. For those in the publishing or product development space, experience is similar -- having at least 2 years under your belt is ideal, but that could be in any area including marketing/PR and not just as an editor.
We're trying to expand the ranks, so anyone who is interested I'm happy to work with! Let me know if an email or link for more info would help.

I only got the lace ones so far and like them, but want to get the non-lace ones too just because. They're really soft and not like scratchy lace at all. I basically felt like I always do wearing pants -- but when wearing a skirt! Which is so nice because I like skirts but I hate to wear them for too long because of the chub-rub. Definitely done the antiperspirant thing but then you have to reapply and always miss a spot that gets irritated...
Anyway, I'm in and think they're definitely worth it! I haven't washed mine yet, so I can't say about that yet though. I was annoyed to have to get out a measuring tape for my thighs, but having the right fit is worthwhile/important too.

It could be a dual help wanted/help offered too -- if anyone has services they want to offer/let people know about, that would be great too!
Personally, it was a totally selfish thing because....
I'm looking for educators (teachers, admins, advisors, specialists, etc.) and/or those with publishing/product development experience (anything from textbooks and regular books to magazines, apps, games, etc.) particularly in the education/learning space that might want to volunteer to evaluate products in the awards competition I run. It's focused on resources for teaching and learning -- both specific school subjects like math and reading to higher order thinking skills, social emotional skills, new media literacies -- pretty much anything and everything!
I can provide more info about what it's all about and what perks are involved if anyone does end up being interested!

I know there can be a lot of options -- facebook groups, google groups, etc. and I would say that doodle is great for finding out availability -- BUT it really seems like it takes someone to just take the lead and get started and then all of the details can get worked out from there.
Reminding folks of the event in comments, twitter, etc. seems to also help!
