Hey Emily! A) I think you'll love flow!! B) I honestly haven't tried to get other systems to feed into Flow automatically. I re-enter items as I typically enter stuff differently as it applies to something I need to do. Or I may put something like 'Basecamp check in" in Flow to remind me to take a look at Basecamp to-do lists.

That being said, if you are getting emails regarding Basecamp to-do items you may be able to make really great use of the Flow email feature.
