smartphone unlimited web, something like 3499. verified with them four times that this is the plan for the iphone 4. not right?

yes, added three different APN settings with them, turned off 3g, turned on roaming- everything they suggested. as for what data plan.. just a data plan- i don't know. same one i've always had and they said everything on their end looks fine. i've had a 2G for the last two years and it's been running fine. i just tried to put my sim card back into the old phone - had that upgraded to 3.0 and rebroken/unlocked and it's now stuck on the apple at log-in, so i can't check to see if the internet is still working on that or not. very frustrated.

i don't know where to go for help with this. i can't get my tmobile data plan to work. iphone 4, 4.0.2, bb 1.59.00. it's jailbroken with greenpoison and unlocked with ultrasnow. i can make phone calls, but can't get the internet to work. i've been on the phone with tmobile for awhile and they are stumped too. help?

ok, thanks. i didn't get all those error messages on the previous version of TU and as I don't really know what I'm reading.. just following directions. but i'm okay for 4.1 right? that's all I want. I have 1.59.00 and want to preserve it and update to 4.1 so that I can jb and unlock with the pwnage tool. i'm just scared about taking the next step and accidentally updating my bb.

also, i'm not seeing where they are saved locally. on the previous version i think i remember a button for that. i'm not sure what i should be searching for i can't find them on my computer.

changed usb ports. hit save again. got the same result. my phone should not be any kind of mode.. just plugged it in via usb and that was it.

first message said found and cashed 1 shsh file, followed by 2 more Cydia does not have.. followed by one more Cydia does have.. followed by Cydia does not. followed by saved and cashed 1 file. how can i confirm if it worked?

also noted there are differences in the error message.. each "cydia does not have you SHSH for Iphone4" is followed by a different firmware number and different number in parenthesis:
4.0 (8Axx), 4.0.1 (8Axx). 4.0.2(8Axx)

i was able to get TU to see my iphone4. i hit save my shsh, and i got multiple messages back.. several saying cydia does NOT have my shsh, there is no way and i'm too late. phone is not eligible for this type of rebuild". followed by a "cycdia DOES have your SHSH files" followed by another Cydia does NOT have your SHSH files" followed by "found and cached 1 file".

now what?? there is no "display shsh" button to confirm anything. now what? did this work?

I've asked this a few different ways and sorry if it's obvious but I just need someone to confirm..

iPhone4, bb 1.59.00, on 4.0.2

I need to UNLOCK. i'm on tmobile.

From what I am reading, it looks like i can unlock with this new pwnage tool, correct? after reading that people need to wait until 4.2 I am confused, but I think that's because their bb has also been updated, correct? So you some one please just let me know if I can go ahead and use the tool to JB and unlock?

ack. back to being confused about unlock vs jailbreak. i have the iphone4, and baseband 1.59.00 but have not yet upgraded to 4.1. because i have this BB, i can still unlock with pwnage 4.1 if I preserve the bb? what is the next step?
