Without going in-depth with a response, this is a process that needs to happen naturally.It can hardly be forced.

And on another note, for the most part, men and women just act and think differently. You have the vast majority of girl oriented gaming sites out there with a focus on 'sexy gaming' or 'look at me, I'm a female with an opinion on video games'.... rather than just an individual with an opinion. They often stab their own foot with a double edge sword by using their female status to gain attention and eyeballs their way but then get upset when the attention and respect isn't the kind they wanted.

All in all, everything just needs to happen naturally. Like male servers at restaurants or stay at home Dads, or male nurses. There was no program or educational push to make these things a reality... just happened naturally.
