I don't have any one thing as a go to...I have many many meals already prepared and in the freezer......I only have to remember to get it out when I leave in the morning, and call home to ask one of the kids to take it out of the fridge and put it in the oven 30 min before I get home.. By the time the rest of us roll in, I only have to add a salad, etc and we're good to go...

I, too, always forget to take something out of the freezer...and then remember as I'm in the car on the way home...to be able to make something delicious with such little notice, and know that it isn't fast food per se, would be wonderful! I do like that all of the beef is grass fed, that makes such a huge difference that people don't realize until they taste it...

I go through a lot of all-purpose spray cleaners... but I'm picky and only like the "green" ones, or things that I can make here at home :)
