Because that's exactly it, they are an idiot! Maybe someone who abuses charities and organizations so they can sit home and be lazy, and doesn't like seeing other people get help who actually need it! Some people these days... But thanks for evening the score! :)
Glad they all made it out safe, and even better that Red Cross already jumped in and is helping them out!! We had a fire right after Christmas last year, and it's a very stressful situation!
I bank at TCU too! I love TCU, it's my favorite credit union I've banked at! :) YAY for good places to put your money, not too many of them left anymore!
Yeah we ask for your mother's maiden name and last 4 of your soc. secutiry number when you call in, but all these scammers CALL, EMAIL or TEXT YOU! And want you to "confirm" you whole credit/debit card number, bank acct number, address, pin number, first middle and last name etc. If we call you, we know all of the info and won't ask, which is the whole part of this article. Not when you call in, but regardless we still don't ask for your whole acct number because we know it! "DUH"
Plain and simple, he is getting what he deserves! He clearly has anger issues and hopefully he gets some sort of sentice/punishment, and is required to take some ANGER MANAGMENT CLASSES to get control of himself! If you will abuse your own child, what all would you do to someone you don't know or isn't related that "disrespects" or "upsets" you!
I have banked and at one point worked at NDFCU. It's a great credit union! One of my favorite things about NDFCU is the service the staff gives the members. For example, you would have one bad month and over draw your account and get a fee, if it's not an everyday thing, most of the time managers would reverse the fee. Alot of banks either say sorry about your luck, or will only reverse half! I will always bank at a credit union, if I still lived close to NDFCU, I'd still be there!
I've worked in credit unions for years. There are always scammers out there looking to find their next vunerable victim! Both credit unions I have worked at, tell our members that WE NEVER ASK FOR YOUR ACCOUNT/PERSONAL INFORMATION over the phone or in emails because we already have it. Scammers/phishers just hope someone falls for their scam so they can try to drain your account. When in doubt about a call or email, directly call your bank/credit union to verify it's legit! Darn scammers/phishers need a new hobby other then trying to get account/idenity information!! :)
This is just horrible! Her and her family deserve justice for this awful crime, lock him up for life if not the death sentence! On a side note, the crime scene photos sound brutal, glad I am not on the jury and have to view such an awful crime! The images I can imagine are bad enough!
Of course she "was forced to rob a bank" NOT! I have been a teller for years and this is just the dumbest thing I have ever heard! She figured it would be a quick way to make some cash with little/no work effort and is just mad she got caught!!
I agree! The taxes in St Joseph County are horrible! We have lived in South Bend for 5 years, and this year our property taxes are higher then they have ever been! And with the local option income tax coming out of our paychecks, South Bend is becomming a joke to live in! High cost to live here, high rate of crime, and the school system is horrible! Need my house to sell pronto!!
