I know exactly where this intersection is, and I'm always careful to go slow and stick close to the middle of the road, simply because it's well-known -- and a given -- that the Amish regularly travel along the shoulder by carriage as well as by scooter and by foot. I am so sorry for the senseless loss of this girl - and the injuries her brother sustained. I hope her family can find some peace.

I have never been inside an Ulta (but only because there aren't any near me), but I have been to Sephora many times - ugh, I can spend many hours and many dollars in that store!

For neons, besides China Glaze, I also recommend ORLY (Sally Beauty Supply has them, as well as many CVS stores, and I think some Walgreens). I picked up a few of their 2012 summer shades, including Skinny Dip, which is an *awesome* bright blue. There's also a blazingly bright orange, and a super-bright highlighter yellow - all three shades rock, are bright, and don't chip quickly, like China Glaze's do, in my experience with them.
