I had Tudor, Stuart, Hannover and Windsor which was ridiculously boring! (Go Stuart! Stuart was the equivalent to Gryffindor :) and Tudor, cheating Tudor, were Slytherin)

I know a lot of people are a bit squicked out by the fact that the doctor has held baby Melody/ River in his arms, when she was a baby and has flirted and kissed her as an adult. But I'm, kind of, not? Partly, I think, because he held the baby AFTER he's flirted with River, and also partly because (I'm sure someone else will have mentioned it) Emma is one of my favourite books and Mr Knightley is my favourite of Austen's heros...
(For people who've not read it, he is much older than Emma and even mentions having held her in his arms as a baby. Which when I first read it, and a few times after that, I was MAJORLY squicked out. But not any more :) )

ahhhhhhh :( that makes me so sad for all the hundreds of people that he must have affected (wait, effected or affected?) so much, and he doesn't realise. Oh god, it reminds me of Love and Monsters! I wonder how many 'LINDAs' (is that what it was called? did i just make that up?) there are in the world... scratch that, the universe.
though I do hope the doctor really *does* remember every one of them, his temporary companions, almost companions, allies, and randoms that run with him.

I agree with that :)
There is also the idea that she is referring to the doctor's name on the crib, and he works out that Melody is River because she too can read it (and thus learn his name) and must be a bit Timelord. I don't think that theory is right, but I thought I'd mention it.

I KNOW RITE! (Re "Oi, you! Get in here now!")
the doctor was all "Kissing! :O" and then Rory was all "Get in here, you ;)"
(I may be changing the wording and tone...maybe... :P)

Time runs out? Like what the doctor and river were talking about in flesh and stone/ the angels two parter? Hmmm... might just have to rewatch that episode.
