Maybe they are poking us, but I seriously doubt Kim Jong Il is STUPID! We could annihilate him and his regime in one fell swoop if we wanted to. He's like the class bully.
As it is, UN sanctions and resolutions mean nothing, since they clearly will NOT back it up with any kind of repercussions. However, we are bound by law to move through the UN before we act against another country -- unless we are being attacked, as was the case on 9/11 and with our Mersk ship. As I said before, NK is not stupid. Of course, I live in HI and I see the increase in military activity, so I am not so scared anymore. I think we have any possible attack from NK under scrutiny and control.
I really think we need to focus on the stuff going on here before our entire economy is reduced to rubble and we go the way of Russia after the break-up!

Maybe the only people whose rights were violated were the owners of the homes -- if they are US Citizens! That being said, I can only imagine that this judge has been drinking the Kool-Aid that the Liberals have been spewing for years now -- illegal immigrants are discriminated against because of race. Wise up!!! It has NOTHING to do with race! Invoking 5th Amendment Rights? Illegal search & seizure? They are NOT here legally and therefore, are committing a crime against the US. Gee, these days, even convicted felons have less legal rights than illegal aliens!

These people come here illegally. This affects our economy, our jobs, and our crime rates. I don't care if they are purple with yellow polka dots they are called illegals for a reason -- they are breaking our laws. The ONLY Constitutional right they have is to be deported to their country of origin.

I think this is a definite way to subvert our Constitution. The Executive Branch is becoming a dictatorship and our Legislative and Judicial branches are allowing it. When are these guys going to understand they work for us and unless we want this, they shouldn't be adding new positions that have no accountability to their employers -- the citizens of the USA. Did we the people just pay for another poll that only tells us what the Dems want us to believe? I don't pay attention to these polls anymore. They are like the studies that come out skewed toward the interests of whomever is paying for them. While I think it is wonderful that Pres. Obama is considering a Hispanic woman, she appears to be ultra-liberal and has an interesting interpretation of the Consititution. I am sure there are many female minority judges that are qualified to be a chief justice and have less, what is the term now, "progressive" stances on interpreting the laws of our forefathers.
