Dateline & 48 Hours have been in the court proceedings and talking to Mark's friends, clients and family. They are following this case closely. John Henry Browne LOVES the attenton & the cameras. If only Oakes would plea to a lesser charge, disclose the location of the body and testify against the others involved in this terrible murder.
Some speculate the sale of the island to the State could have been reason for Wally Opdyke to want Mark dead. This could very well all come out in the trial.
I was fortunate to have known Mark. He trained my dogs and I visited the island. He loved it there.

If Wally & Linda Opdyke have nothing to do with this then why have they NOT cooperated with the police and Prosecutors, whey have they NOT offered condolences to his family and friends??
This women has a history of misconduct and handling of client's funds at the other firms where she was employed going back to the 90's. She was bared and fined yet ING hired her knowing this. I am a broker myself and all employment records, client complaints, and fines are disclosed on a U 4. You can check your brokers history by going to the FINRA sight and running a broker check. So to all of you investors out there - check on who you are investing with. When ING hired her 8 years ago she already had numerous violations and red flags.
In 1990 a young mother from Redmond Jami Sherer went missing, presumed murdered, body NEVER found. Her husband Steve Sherer was tried and found guilty 10 years later. Her body to this day has never been found. He is still in jail serving 60 years - google him...he is a major scum bag.
You are right on with these comments...in this case the body was moved & dumped from the crime scene ( Stover's home ). Not to mention some very interesting purchases made the day of the murder by Oakes. This was no self defense but premeditated murder and a murder for hire at that!
