I have started reading all labels when I shop for anything my family or my pets are going to consume, and I am rejecting anything made in China. Sometimes it's very difficult to tell, because all the label says is "distributed by" and that doesn't tell me that it was actually manufactured in the USA. So be very careful what you purchase, if we all reject the "made in China" goods, the distributer's will have to start paying attention.
Good Lord, it was a typo. It happens, her mom caught it like she should and it's being fixed. Is this really front page news? Is mom going to try to sue someone now because her daughter might have been able to purchase alcohol?
Maybe they just want to live their life the way they want to live it and it's none of anyone's business what language they speak. Many people are born in this country, but raised speaking their parent's language at home. Many are bi-lingual. The real truth of the matter is, it's no one else's business what language they speak and it's rude and arrogant to insist they only use the language you approve of.
With the exception of the American Indians, everyone in the USA is speaking a foreign language. The girl's remarks were rude and bigoted and as a Political Science major, she should have known better.
If you are a retired vet, try Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton. They love vets and have special programs for hiring them. Good luck to you!
If Mitt Romney gave the McCain team 23 years of tax returns to be vetted for vice-president, shouldn't he as least make 10 years available? There must be some really damaging information in them, or he would just release them and put a stop to all the controversy. It's not like he's being asked for his birth certificate, after all!
Yes, but if you stop and think about it, why would anyone want a thankless job like the presidency has become? You're damned if you do and damned if you don't. You might be the most powerful man (I say man, because they haven't let a woman run, yet) in the world but you are also the most maligned, stalked, questioned, second quessed person on the planet, and called a liar. And for the benefit of being treated that way, you get the grand sum of $400k. The CEO of Heinze ketchup makes more and he gets to go home at night and enjoy his family and pool.
You numbskull, do you really think if the President of the United States wanted to forge his birth certificate he couldn't get one that is perfect? Think about that for a minute... good Lord.
My comments is stupid? Have you read yours? The man has changed, the party's objectives haven't. That's what I was trying to explain to you, but that concept is apparently too difficult for you to grasp.
