this judge is rotten!
she is bought...my ex-husband bought her!
She has allowed him visitation, even when he stabbed our daughter(6yrs old) with a fork! I had petitioned for an order of protection, had this judge talk to my children in her chambers, and she still granted him visitation and did not allow for the order of protection. Even in criminal court, this man has a rap-sheet, full of domestic violence from all three wives!
The judge should be barred!
she has is aware he has not paid child-support since 2005! and only said to him that he should "do better" and told me that a bad dad is better than no dad and that since I was educated, I must find a better paying job.
