Our solution would be to free our Towns by un-incorporating them and forming trusts to handle our monies with bonded elected officials. Gee, isn't that the way it used to be? This would eliminate any pretext of jurisdiction or authority for the State, County or Federal Corporate Municipalities in our Town. The Town would now have standing under the Constitutions of the State and the United States. We could reserve our Constitutionally guaranteed rights. Free at Last!! With the town no longer bound by the Corporate agreement, it can truly represent the sovereignty of it's people. It can fully protect it's people from "Revised Statutes" from the State and the Fed, and adopt ordinances in accordance with the Constitutions at the will of the people.
Then we need to dissolve the County corporations and the State corporations for full return to Sovereignty. Gee, all of those Federal acronyms would lose their ability to function within any State without permission from the people. That would include the IRS, BATF, FTC, FBI etc.
That is my take. Take back your State, Un-incorporate. Take back your city, get off the Federal titty.
I posted this as a reply to Citizengem's comment looking for solutions. I'm posting now as an original comment.
The legal system has been attourned (changed over) to an unconstitutional venue. If you hire an attourney he/she will plead your case in this "Statutory" venue. At that point you are at the mercy of all of the rules, regulations, revised statutes and laws of this "Statutory" venue. You have agreed to this venue by virtue of pleading the court to rule in this venue under it's "Laws". These "Laws" only have jurisdiction over those who agree to be in this venue. When a company incorporates, it agrees to be in this venue of "Law". States, Counties, cities and towns have formed corporations to put them in this venue subject to all of the "Laws" generated in this venue. The State's corporation is under Federal Corporate Structure and is subject to their "Exclusive Legislative" authority as if it, the State, were American Samoa or Guam. Corporations , municipal and private, are subject to this same legal venue. More next.

My research over the last fifteen years has led me to some conclusions that I cannot shake. The legal system has been attourned (changed over) to an unconstitutional venue. If you hire an attourney he/she will plead your case in this "Statutory" venue. At that point you are at the mercy of all of the revised statutes and laws of this "Statutory" venue. You have agreed to this venue by virtue of pleading the court to rule under it's "Laws". These "Laws" only have jurisdiction over those who agree to be in this venue. When a company incorporates, it agrees to be in this venue of "Law". States, Counties, cities and towns have formed corporations tthat put them in this venue and therefor, subject to all of the rules, regulations and "Laws" generated in this venue. The State's corporation is under Federal Corporate Structure and is subject to the Fed under their "Exclusive Legislative" authority as if it, theState, were American Samoa or Guam. Corporations , municipal and private, are subject to this same legal venue. Solution follows next comment.
