I sincerely hope that a need for skilled tradesmen returns but as the last 2 years have found me wanting work within my classification, I think I can speak for a number of people in saying that it seems America no longer needs or wants us. While the desire still exists within myself, it is getting harder to keep the faith. I do not desire to be paid at a union scale, I would just like to be able to work doing that which I excel at. For now, I will take whatever job I can find and keep looking for a brighter future.
