By "weeks ago", I meant 18 days; is that not long ago enough for you? A little over two weeks is like a lifetime for a 7 year old. If he has access to a television, he would see that his family was searching for him and give him some hope.

I'm not judging. If it were my child (like I have said in a different post) that I would be in front of the tv cameras from day 1 pleading for the return of my son and letting him know we are looking for him missing him and loving him. I can't believe the police would telling the family 'No! We don't want you sending out any messages to your son in case he can see/hear you."

I think Chunk having to confess of all of the bad things that he's done in his short life (the fake vomit he brought to the movie theater, that made everyone else throw up!!) is the best scene in the whole movie!
