No solution for cleaning all those windows(maybe it'll be a feature in next year's SH!)but I absolutely LOVE the privacy of the e-glass in the master bathroom :) Oh how I wish my house was equipped with them! So cool and functional. I also love the high window in the master bedroom, you never have to worry about closing the drapes so the neighbors can't see you! :)) I so want to win this house, it truly is the perfect farmhouse style I love and just so "cool" in every way!! <3
I have another question Carley: Down the hall from the loft on the left, what's behind the double doors? Is that a linen closet? Thanks!! :)
You know what you're right @daniflute, & as much as I love my martinis I would gladly give up that area for more counter space in the laundry room. I'm sure there must've been at least 1 person that said "hmm maybe we should have the laundry room be a little bit bigger". It really is the tiniest laundry room I have ever seen in all of their giveaways. Certainly not "smart" HGTV :( but I still love the rest of the house!! :)
Hi Carley, I love this post! I would love to have pop-up(or drop down)tv's in my house, I think that is so cool but currently our tv's are all on display. I think the 3 tv's from the SH 2013 were awesome displaying art work that were so beautiful, that is still my absolute favorite SH, mostly because I love turquoise but also that pool!! OK, back to THIS SH, my question is: In the guest bedroom does the walk-in closet have a hidden space out of view? I haven't been able to do the 360 tour on my ipad but looking at all the photos and videos it looks like there is a rack for hanging clothes straight ahead and then you can walk to the right and can actually go behind the wall there(going back to the left)for more closet space?!!! Or am I way off on this? It is hard to tell from the pictures and I wish the video allowed for you to walk in there! Thank you for answering our questions! :)
Absolutely love this SH! Hands down my favorite feature is the pop up martini bar! OMG I was ho-hum on the coffee bar but my husband loves that idea then when I saw that pop up and the martini shaker underneath I was absolutely floored!! Awesome HGTV! The only disappointment I have is that tiny laundry room :( no shelf/table to fold clothes on? I would have gladly given up 3 feet of the MB for a table in the utility room, what a bummer but I guess I could just carry my wash into that giant MB & sit in there & fold clothes because that is a gorgeous room!

Wow what a surprise to see a 1 family bungalow instead of a high-rise apt.! I am definitely loving UO even more now! Love the before & after photos of the floor plans. It is so cute, I am hooked! 1,300 square feet is small to some people but that's the size of the house we rent right now so I am used to that cozy feeling! Cannot wait to see the flip with Scott, I love him. Thank you HGTV, you really know how to keep us all wanting more every time!!! :)
I got happy earlier when I saw the "tour" button & picture of the house in the background but it was a false alarm & now it's gone :( but tomorrow is the big reveal(hopefully!) I can't wait!! :)
Yes, where to next?!!! :) Oh please build a big house in the Tri-state area so I can go on a tour in person!! I know they made 1 in Bethel, NY years ago but I didn't live upstate then. I want a real family home with a basement play area, an arts and crafts space, a huge pool & all the other beautiful things that make up the Dream Home!! :)
