thanks Kitty, I am sure Grandchildren are great maybe next fall I'll have one. I would be happy to find out more about your ancestors in Dresden maybe some of them will be mine too....
This year BC looks like it will be fun to vote on things and then see how it turns out....

Yes I see them a lot of them when I drive home at night here in Maine. I find you have to keep your eyes open for very few chances they are alone, so I always look to be sure a second one not going to jump out in front of you after the 1st one crosses... a few times there been 4 or more at a crossing at a time. So I am always afraid when I see one I am wondering if that's the 1st or last one. I so far have not hit one but my daughter & husband has, I come close many times...

hi Kitty glad to see you back, and happy new years ! I pray all goes better for you and your family in the coming year.
Ours been a little busy here too, a little sad for my older sister passed away in June after a few years battling cancer. And Our youngest daughter got married in July, so looking forward to grandchildren.
Missed your fresh look on things going on with the BC... Hope you will feel good enough so you can join in from time to time and chat with us.

I was looking at the cam and the 2 deer walked in .... came up by the cam... they was just looking around and then walked off. guess they was just checking to see how the BC is coming along too, just like we do...

Love all the windows again on this year house... so far nice colors to vote on too. Floor colors are a little different this year not sure of either color, not sure if I like either color for the whole house, but I can't see white in every room either so I guess it gray one with touches of white in it.
the out side colors are a little off if you look at pictures they are showing for colors of choice. they show the iron gray and autumn Tan but the color choice is timber bark which is a lighter shade of gray not a tan color as show. did anyone else notice that? are people voting for that color because they think it's the tan color they are voting on? I did at 1st until I went to check on colors. So do they have wrong color choice up or picture? Green right and that color pretty too.
Looks like gray is the color for this home this year, inside & out.

they do show colors so you can see what you are voting on... for outside colors click on Hardie below it and it will take you to their site, then look for colors... what I see is dark gray with light/pale shade of gray for the tower for 1st choice and an lighter shade of gray with green shade for tower... the picture shows a tan (Autumn tan) color on second picture but gives you an gray color to choose. guess they changed their mind once pictures was done or gave wrong color to vote on...
for inside colors click link they give you and check colors there...

wow love that view, now this will be one nice home, can't wait to see what they are going to do with it. I like that part of the country. Wonder how the driveway going to be in the winter? I think the new owner will need a snowplow for sure. The fruit trees, the view, the wild life must be great in that place and the size of that home, what a nice peaceful place that will be. I can see a nice deck there to sit on to enjoy all the wonderful view front & back... now let's get started I can't wait.... :-)

you can always use whip cream too, but vanilla bean ice cream is good on it too... My grandma put blueberries right into the Gingerbread it self when she made it and topped it with fresh whip cream...
I miss my grandparents... but do have these wonderful memory of them setting with family eating this hot from the oven, (will cooled just a little) with the whip cream melting on it......

I was thinking Mass. for Boston bake beans... but do they raise them there too? I like the candy too, used to eat it by the box full....
