If I tender my resignation to a job and I'm not contractually obligated (like the military) the employer even the mighty POTUS has no choice other than accept my resignation. They can try to bribe/coerce me into staying but staying is my choice not theirs!

What string of felonies is the U.S. Government going to forgive me the honest law abiding citizen. Illegal Immigrants have illegally crossed the border, stolen an identity so they can work. Those who are working under the table are violating federal & state tax laws.

So what 2 or 3 felonies will we the law abiding citizens be forgiven?

Having re-read the Constitution at Glenn's behest I must say that I think congresses 90% tax rate is unconstituional in two ways.
1. It would be ex post facto. The tax rate was much lower than that when the money was earned/the bonuses were legal.
2. It seem to be a Bill of Attainder which is also unconstitutional.

I do agree that the Tax on Bonuses should be the same for all. "What is sauce for the goose, is sauce for the gander!"

What a wonderful action plan at the Texas School. I believe that Gun Free Zones == Victim Rich Environments. Why would the nut jobs that want to shoot places up ever want to go where the victims might shoot back? The perpetual idea that these crimes are being committed by lawfully acquired fire arms leaves me baffled. The idea that firearms are the problem is asinine! If guns aren't available those bent on committing mayhem will find other weapons. If they can't shoot up a school they will drive through the playground!

No, let them have as many terms as they like. The key to ending career politicians is eliminating their Pension Plan!! Because they are only in it for the money.

I was recently at the IGOLD (Illinois Gun Owners Lobby Day) rally. One of the speakers there cited the 10-80-10 rule.

80% of the people are in the middle essentially undecided
10% of the people are adamantly opposed

Other than being living examples of the 912 project, how do we reach out to the 80% that are "undecided"?
