Congratulations on recognizing how journaling can help. It was a little tough for me to start but now it's become such an intregral part of my daily routine, I don't know how I ever lived without it!! Enjoy the process.

Yes, I've heard about "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" as well but haven't read it. Though there is a note on it which I'll listen to/read!

I believe there's a similar quote by someone else (not sure who), something along the lines of: "shoot for the moon and even if you miss you'll land among the stars". Somehow those metaphors don't really speak to me though... That said, I often find I later fall in love with quotes I didn't really resonate with before. ;)

I think blessing things you see in others is so easy to forget. I kept reminding myself of that this morning and found myself doing it several times in just one morning! As with everything, I think practice will turn it into a habit -- looking forward to that.
