Thank you, Chloe, for sharing the splendor that is Charlie Potato Hashbrowns. His name is now a test for new people I meet. I tell them his name and strangers are either delighted or puzzled. A gentleman yesterday completely reacted against type and said briskly, "That is a perfect name" and giving me a sharp nod. I expected him to be in the "dogs should be named Blackie or Snuffles" category.
