I truly "get it." But if the MSM had like Bush would it have been any different.? Never mind, stupid question, Bush was not an extreme egotistical narcissist. Is that an oxymoron like honest politician?
Wonder if Chavez' score in bowling would be better than Obamanation"s? One has to wonder when our learless feader has time to run the country? What's he been - in house for all of 15 minutes since January?
he's a traveling celebrity, trying to fix what he inherited. NOT!!!!!.
Love it! I think we should ALL send it. Unfortunately, I think that since they have no sense of humor unless its poking fun at people less fortunate than themselves, they'd report on the number of "converts" that have been achieved. Although I believe that sarcasm is a respected art form, it would go right over their heads like it does with most 3 year olds.
Do you have children under 17 living in your home? People in the highest tax bracket do not get that per-child tax credit. Unless I completely misunderstand the term "letting the Bush tax credits expire" in 2010, you will no longer get a credit on your income taxes for children living in your home. No credit = more taxes.
I agree. We're herding cats. Everybody wants to go their own way instead of focusing on the BIG items.
Maybe they'll come around. If not, maybe they don't have to believe everything you do to be beneficial and part of a GOOD cause. There's a reason that "they" make fun of the "right." Maybe (just maybe) it's because we think we're so damn right that we can't get past our own rightness to accept other people and their "wrongness." We're alienating people that want to help. That's why we're supposed to be a great country - in theory we don't tell people that they have to believe what we believe in order to be contributors. We're running a lot of people off just because we're so "moral" and "right." Nobody's asking you to sacrifice children at dawn. We're asking you to agree on some big principals that people are drawn to for some reason. It doesn't matter what the reason is, just that they're willing to make a difference along the line.
Ok. . . I've been on this site for 2 weeks now and I've completely seen people tear each other apart because everybody didn't believe in the same things that we believed in. Liberals have had an agenda for several years now: Abortion . . .good; Bush. . .bad; illegal aliens . . .good; Bush. . .bad; whatever -good . . Bush . . .bad. It didn't matter if you had two heads, pierced genitalia that you liked to show of on-camera and that the latest picture on record of you was one where you were rolling around on the street shouting Save the Whales! As long as you believed the big 4, you were one of them. CAN we agree on the following: America ...good; Freedom...good; Equality ....good; Constitution...good; Obama's ideals...bad? If we can, why do we have to tear down the other people that believe in the same basic things but are just a little bit different from us in other respects. We got 9 and 12 - not everybody is going to believe those 9 and 12. Or if they do believe them, they're not going to believe them in the same way. Cut 'em some slack, respect them and love them a little bit.
Why is it our job to determine what a "family" is? The point here is that you don't want governmental intrustion into your life. Why do you want to intrude on somebody else's life? You can be right after you're dead - right now we need to work together. Some liberal blogger on this site said that he would be laughing at us because it would just be like herding cats to get us to abandon our holier than thou attitudes to get something done. Hate to prove him right.
I agree with you completely. I'm a Christian, so I'm not going to spew religious intolerance at you. That's not my job. Welcome aboard! We need all the help that we can get.
