Please take a moment every day to question what you are told by those who seek to gain power over you, and to wonder what- given the choice and power yourself- would you do if empowered. Then remember that, thanks to our founders, we ARE empowered, and we are the ultimate authority of our governance- answering only to our principles and beliefs. Rest assured that unless we engage ourselves as actively in the prevention of our abuse, as the villains who seek to control us are engaged in stripping of our liberties, we cannot chart the course of our destinies- but if we simply make the effort to illuminate the workings of our representatives and let them hear our cries, we can hold fast the walls of our independence and secure our hope with faith in action, as we stand together in the name of Liberty with justice For all. God Bless. (2 of 2)
Independence Day Cometh.
As we remember those who fought and died to create this amazing country, and the freedoms we enjoy as citizens of the USA, we must acknowledge that we too are responsible for maintaining those liberties. Our lives, our liberty, our values, are built upon groundwork cultivated by generations of heroes who yearned for a better world for each generation to come, and who struggled to make that desire a reality for us. We must remember that to continue the tradition of America is to actively engage ourselves in the workings of our nation- to work together to ensure that we too can pass on a lifestyle better than our own to our children and grandchildren- and to seek knowledge of how those we trust to hold the reigns of our wildly bucking nation are utilizing the powers and responsibilities granted to them on our behalf. One who chooses ignorance is equivalent to one who chooses corruption, for by failing to acknowledge and expose the fraudulent, we enable it... (1 of 2)
My foundation in daily life is based on the premise that what you send out comes back to you: call it karma, call it the "golden rule", call it the "small world phenomenon"- we are all interconnected. I firmly believe that if you sincerely base your actions on the intent that you CAN somehow (whether you will ever see the fruits or not) contribute in a positive manner to the lives of those whose paths you cross, then somehow those people will "pass it on" to others until ultimately it comes back to you multiplied many times over. I guess in a sense it is almost selfish and self-serving, but only in the sense that selfless service to others will certainly benefit self. Again, may God Bless you and remind you daily that we are watching and listening- and preparing to act.
I am proud to join a community, however "virtual" it may be, that is so open and willing to organize on a level that is already proving to exert leverage on the media, the masses, and most importantly- our own minds. God bless everyone that logs on to this project with the hope and intent of sincerely contributing to the betterment of our country, our lives, and our future. I have seen and read many interesting views in the brief moments I am afforded anymore, but I am extremely impressed with the level of wit and enthusiasm (the passion) you are displaying thus far. Please keep up the good work; fighting the good fight.
