You mean the massed forces of 27 member states with each of their individual facillities have vaccinated more than the U.K. ? Well,quite an achievement,now send them back and suggest that they organise the whole shooting match from Brussels.

In March and April last year I had two spells in a Covid ward,much later in July after the severity had dramatically increased I spent six days in the cancer ward of the same hospital,(I have non Hodgkins lymphatic cancer,)and the message that I received at that time was to the effect that many specialists were unable to do anything. Quite a large number of specialist nurses found themselves in the same boat but I suspect they moved on to assist with Covid patients.
My experience,unfortunately,had two dimensions in that the more specialised and highly trained staff were excellent but the nurses in such as A&E not so much.
Giving praise and credit to the NHS as a whole can be misleading but my experience relating to cancer treatment/Covid treatment and the staff has been second to none,very very different.

However, I'm not entirely sure that causing supply shortages by introducing border delays is going to help the situation.

Theresa May neither believed in nor supported Brexit,however her behind closed doors dealings produced the present situation so it would not be unreasonable to suggest that a remain supporter created the trap.

Martin has expressed the view that it would be inappropriate to accept any offer from the U.K. regarding vaccines,he seems more concerned with his country showing allegiance to the combined E.U. effort,however incompetent it proves to be.
