Reno does NOT have a Williamsburg. I've never been to Williamsburg, but I can state that as a fact. Downtown is lovely, but Williamsburg it is not.

MxPx were a Christian band? Man, was I bad at catching on to that.

I saw the OC Supertones and Relient K at Seattle Pacific University in 2003-ish. No pride, no shame - that is still one of the most fun concerts I've ever been to.

Also, despite going with people I knew from college church group, and the concert being at a fairly conservative Christian college, I didn't realize either of those bands were Christian for a surprisingly long time.

Adventure sports adds are (97% of the time) The Worst. Today, I saw a snowboard ad that featured a snowboard with naked boobs painted on it. That's exactly what I want in this already macho, bro-ed out snowboarding culture. Men literally standing on naked ladies.

That was my first thought! "My Harry Potter books all have different spine colors!" And I want all of my Madeline L'Engle books together.

King Bidgood's in the Bathtub by Audrey & Don Wood was my favorite when I was a little, and it still remains one of my favorite to read to youngsters. The illustrations are to die for!

Also, Hamilton Pig by Robert Newton Peck.

My roommates in grad school and I had worms under the kitchen sink. And they grew too fast and escaped, permanently scarring the one non-hippy roommate.

OK! If Tahoe has another winter like the last two, I might take you up on that. You are also welcome in Tahoe, where I only wore a coat to ski once last winter.
