We all make mistakes, but when those mistakes are criminal we also deserve to be punished. No matter what, there is obviously come ugliness going on with and around the Soards. He is a pathetic sleeze bag and they can do nothing but blame the victims. Classic defense for guilty people. "it is everyone elses fault." Is this really a ploy to take over a pathetic kung fu school? or do you think he might actually be a molestor? You are right I am sure it is all for power of the school. I know I would sure want it if it meant I had a plentiful harem of people to molest.

Lets also mention this,
Fact: David Soard is married and admits to consensual affairs with students = Sleaze bag
Fact: David Soard Plead Guilty to Harassment (against one of his female students whom he was supposedly having a consensual relationship with) = wife beater? well I guess not because she isn't his wife
Fact: David has no respect for those around him, his wife or his daughter or he would not have multiple consensual affairs outside of his marriage, would not smack around the women he is having these affairs with.
Fact: Even the judge "expressed concern about Soard's attitude. " saying ""In all the victim impact statements that I read in relation to this case, one line really stands out: 'Submission is not the same thing as consent,'" Berkenkotter said. "In speaking just now, he indicates he still believes these contacts were consensual, and he does not understand the power he holds."
Fact: Submission is not consent
Fact: only a complete indigent would show this person any respect or support.

Does anyone notice the people defending the David Soard and Sharon Soard and supporting their Chinese Shaolin Center in Boulder are angry and spiteful? or is it just me. Most of the people speaking out against him are very eloquent and listing facts seemingly without the need to jeer and insult.

Even the judge was submissive and let him "get off" with a simple harassment! That the biggest crime of all. So who thinks he has all ready whet his appetite with another victim? or will he wait until his face is at least out of the papers so he can sneak around a little easier.

I would say there is a terrible lack of understanding here too! Like how David Soard cant understand social cues, like when someone says no, does not mean go ahead and have your way with me.

I agree! some of these people are incredible both as martial artists and people! Glad to see not everyone at the top of this style is a pathetic sleaze bag.

Thats what I have heard too!!! Apparently every single woman in Boulder agreed to conspire against David Soard and accuse him of rape! (cause we all know what women in Boulder are like....right?) Good Job Boulder-ite Females, keep up the good work. Lets continue to stamp out the Male species one pathetic kung fu instructor at a time!
