I was just checking to make sure that everything transferred right (and trying to figure out how to get myself off the Intense Debate account) when my shark-like senses kicked in. When it comes to Discworld I can sense the ever-falling water from miles away.

Read The Colour of Magic and The Light Fantastic and sort of take it from there. Those two books give the best intro ever to the Disc and then you can sort of choose your own adventure. Anything with Death or Susan as a major character is always equal part badass, thoughtful, and (sometimes) tear jerking, but I gotta love me my witches. When I grow up I wanna be Granny Weatherwax! I'm also so in love with Moist von Lipwig as a character and cannot wait until the next part of his trilogy comes out.

The City Watch books are hilarious too. Nobby Nobbs needs a hug (but I don't think that there exists a person who'd be willing to do it.) The City Watch books are also great because they always have Lord Vetinari in them and I want to go to the Disc and play Thud (the Disc version of chess only more complicated) with that man. He'd kick my ass at it, but it would be amazing.

Jeeze, now that I think about it, there are really no bad books in this series. If anything, the more stand alone books are probably the least good (Small Gods and Monstrous Regiment), but they're still better than most other comical fantasy out there.

I look forward to this and yet dread the day you post about the child labour involved in chocolate production.... As a chocoholic that stuff freaking haunts me. Especially around Halloween.

Fair trade items FTW!

Ooh, that's right... Check intense now. You should be able to change the settings (if I did that right....) Trying to see how to remove myself from that bit.... (you may need to export and reinstall Intense Debate to formally kick me out.)

/facepalm

This is what I get for going out for the evening with friends straight from work instead of checking things first.

According to Blogger they're going to be down until the 16th due to some sort of human error and everything is in read-only mode from Wednesday. So I can't update the blog, my scheduled posts won't go up, and I can't go into anything and edit it.

I am so very annoyed.

Well! I guess we're on holiday until Monday! I just hope that they're promise that things will be up by then is true. Or that things will get fixed sooner then that and my scheduled posts start popping up. Stupid Blogger.

I can't figure it out either. I'm seriously not doing anything different.

Well, I am scheduling things further in advance so I don't fall behind since I just started work and I'm tired until I can build up my labor muscles again, but that shouldn't affect the RSS feed.... Or at least I don't think it should....

I don't know what to say.... I post them the exact same way....

Let me look into it and see if I'm doing something different between the two.
