On Friday, the EPA declared CO2 - what all living creatures exhale -- a danger! This sly move is an attempt by Obama Administration to get his Cap and Trade regulations around the Democrats and Republicans who were united against Cap and Trade.

Friday's action by the EPA triggered a 60-day comment period before the agency issues a final endangerment ruling. That would be followed by a proposal on how to regulate the emissions.

So we need to call every day for the next 60-days to keep the pressure on!

Certainly Dodd, Frank, Clinton and the Democrats share much of the blame. However, to absolve the Republicans is casting a blind eye.

It was Republican Senator Phil Gramm who authored the bill to repeal Glass-Steagall as well as other legislation that repealed Depression-era firewalls between commercial banks, investment banks, insurance companies, and securities firms. The truth is BOTH parties and the bankers have profited immensely from this fiasco and the taxpayers are footing the bill.

And, you say the Bush Administration pushed for more regulation. The White House did warn multiple times regarding Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, but as William Black states, this is much bigger than just Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Show me the regulations which were passed during the six year period the Bush Administration had a Republican Congress. Stronger leadership by the White House and Republicans could have prevented much of this. And, of course, the Democrats were denying any problems and pushing mandates for subprime loans. I don't think anyone can argue against the Democratic leaders responsibility -- and I am not -- they are certainly to blame.

Outrage over the Fannie Mae bonuses, those paid to the bank CEOs and their supporting staffs who looked the other way, and the coverup by Paulson and Gietner is the focus of this interview. I believe it is enlightening due to the coverup charges made by William Black.

Glenn Beck mentioned on his TV show that GE is a huge supporter of the Green Bank. Here is some info on Green Bank:

If passed, the legislation would create the Green Bank as an independent, tax-exempt, wholly owned corp of the US. The Bank's mandate would be to provide a range of financing support to qualified renewable energy/energy efficiency projects within the US.

It would provide the Green Bank with an initial capitalization of $10 billion through the issuance of Green Bonds by the U.S. Dept. of Treasury, with a max. limit of $50 billion in Green Bonds outstanding at any one time.
