Why don't we ask the Officer Davis how he would of handled the situation. You know everyone jumps the police about never doing nothing, then when one them gets assaulted and uses necessary force, now they are just on a power trip...here's an idea, don't fight with a cop and you won't get dealt with. Once you lay a hand on a cop, he has fair rights to do whatever is necessary to handle that situation. Another thing, if he wasn't a violent person why did the wife call the cops in the first, cause he was drunk...alright so one less drunk we got driving on our roads now.
