I never thought I would see this come to American. This scares me more than anything that has happened so far this year. This is government intimidation and is exactly what the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany did. It is exactly what China and N. Korea do today. We have moved WAY beyond party politics here folks. Dem, Rep, it doesn't matter. If the Reps had any backbone every one of them should have flown back to D.C. and marched on the White House. This, and this alone, should be a wake up call to all Americans. God help us.
I agree, and with Sotomayor all but sworn in, this never goes anywhere. No court, and definately not the SCOTUS will ever hear this case.

Most people will see the line stating that Reagan did it and move on. They will never hear the truth because the media doesn't spoon feed it into their ignorant mouths. This issue will go no where now. With Lindsay Graham and other turncoat Republicans voting to confirm Sotomayor, this never goes to the Supreme Court where it would have to go in order to get this man out. We are stuck and calling your Reps EVERY SINGLE DAY and the elections of 2010 are the only chance we have to save this republic.
I will be at John Spratt's office in Rock Hill, SC on 9/22. Anyone going? I called his office yesterday and asked the young man to help me with a question I had. He was kind, said what's that. I asked him to please help me find in the Constitution of the United States where it talked about where the government had control of my healthcare. He chuckled. I asked, are you saying that it's not in there? He said, so I can put you down for a no on government controlled healthcare then? I said yes, and added to tell Rep. Spratt to keep his hands out of my freedoms. Notice that staffers are calling it what it is even when our representatives are too chicken sh*t to do so. Remember, HE said "government controlled healthcare" - I didn't.

Keep a list of the reps and the donors. Write the donors and state nicely, but firmly, that they cease this attack on our liberty and, if they don't, you will take away the only vote they receive - your money. Hitting them where it hurts is the only way to get through and get them to back off. WE are the people. Enough is enough.
God I hope not. I can only think of a few that I'd keep. Besides them, not one of these losers needs to be re-elected.
