I guess you haven't read the arbitrator's opionion and award yet. Angie Jones ( Campbells girlfriend) verified to police Campbell had a gun which he kept inside a sock in the front pocket of the jacket he was wearing as he napped. So criminal activity THAT night, How about felon in possession of a firearm. Police did recover his gun inside the apt.

Read the arbitrator's opinion and award . Campbell had arrest records for resisting arrest, domestic violence, and attempted murder using a gun.
