May be? I can only find one source for this story and no independent sources. That is kind of suspicious to me, but then I tend to be that way sometimes. I will hold off on the celebration for a moment. But good news if true.

The one that says it will not cover Illegals puts no requirement to prove nationality or eligibility prior to receiving service. Anyway that part will be thrown out during reconciliation of the House and Senate versions. Just like the Spendulas bill.

Does anyone know when open carry of guns on commercial airplanes became illegal?
I found an old copy of FAR 108 and it referenced “serving alcohol to armed passengers” and the paragraph was rescinded. I have seen older movies where passengers openly carry guns on planes. I can not find out when the ban was instituted. I know some history buff out there can tell me the date and regulation and I appreciate the help. Thanks.
