Man! Glad to see this, was just thinking about YPJ and his attempts to get everyone together. It's long overdue. Dig the analogy/example of being a representative...and you are correct I think we forget that. People are watching us. I'm gonna do what your post suggest and start with myself and start chuckin the beams outta my own eyes LOL

This really a solid project by Richie Righteous. It blesses me continually, glad he hung in there despite the challenges he faced in making the album. His story and the final product are both encouraging!

Niiice! I've been a fan of CY since I copped The Complex way back...I love his word play and his flow and he always goes deep on a track. He did a nice job with Pro's track, and he right on time with the warning about technology!

I'd have to agree...these are both two different cd's, and Lecrae's does feel like it is more for the Body/believers. I like both of them...Lecrae's does challenge me to grow in some areas...but at the same time he comes off as preachy and like he is all about not having anything (which I think is an extreme) The Blackout on the other is geared toward challenging the way mainstream is doing music and the false messages they send...and I think he uses the right tone/attitude it's believable and I think it's done with the right mindset and that is as a Christian with a heart for God...rather than trying to be a hip hop preacher.....
