If the parents would do THEIR job and buy appropriate clothing for their kids and MAKE SURE they wear it, the school wouldn't have to do anything but educate their children, which is what their job is!!!!!

Cut out all of the "bilingual enabler" teachers and cut back on the non-essentials like art, music, drama, sports. But sports do bring in revenue to the district, so they probably will not get cut. Coaches don't make diddly squat anyway. If you figure what they make per hour, it's under a dollar.
