Aggressively separate the writing and the editing process. Don't backspace until you have finished writing. Get all of the mess on to the page and out of your head. It's much easier to manage, imo.

Wait and see. I get those same feelings whenever I get a new prescription. If the headache-y feelings don't go away, you probably got too strong of a prescription.

So this weekend is literally viewings and funerals followed by vigils, and honestly, I don't want to go to any of them. My friends are dead, and I've been having nightmares all week. I am so scared all the time now, and I am just glad my boss gave me sick leave to mentally recuperate from the Pulse shootings.

And now on top of all of this my mom is trying to guilt trip me hard?? I know it's a key part of her playbook: "Make any difficult situation all about myself so I feel like I have more control." BUt like, I am old enough to know all the rules and I definitely can play this game.

Anyway, post cute memes and cat pictures because I can't deal with seeing my friends' faces on facebook, tumblr, the news, CNN etcccc
