I didn't take the money because I knew FEMA would label it duplication of benefits. I already know of one lady who got a letter from FEMA wanting their money back just waiting to see if there will be anymore!

I see a page on the as s e s s ors site where a property was only worth $515 thousand but the city acquired it for $5 Million dollars. The evidence keeps piling up!

Wow if "property is losing it's value down-town perhaps we shouldn't be handing over $7.5 Million dollars to an insurance company for their property or giving them a million dollar tax break!

It is property they are trying to protect and it should be included in property taxes. No matter which way this vote goes we are going to get the short end of the stick.

We couldn't trust the city to sandbag or even operate the 5 in 1 right. I don't trust them with removable walls! I don't trust them with 20 years!

Funny I kept seeing Greg show us the "plan" last night at the debate! In fact 'the plan' was provided to the no team by me and it is not what we planned. I know that because I went to every single planning process meeting there was! More than 35 hours of my time wasted for "the PLAN" that Corbett CLAIMS the no team has ever seen. Is there a NEW PLAN?

As a flood survivor I totally agree. This city has done nothing but take advantage of people and put on a front like there is some kind of oversight but that oversight has NO AUTHORITY! Vote NO!
